TTU has a complex CRM ecosystem managed by Enrollment Management. To identify opportunities for improvement and growth, we mapped the current tools to better understand the data flow, and evaluated tools used by competitors.

CRM Evaluation
We conducted a collaborative CRM mapping workshop with members of the TTU team and Carlos Favela, representative from Enrollment Management. Our objective was to understand what data was being collected by the CRM, how all the related tools worked together, and to define some future goals.
We started with a rough sketch of our assumptions about the existing CRM landscape, plus a bank of questions to answer.

After the session, we made a more refined illustration of the details uncovered during the mapping exercise.

Among 19 competitor sites, most use Slate, but Salesforce is also common.
